This weekend’s Sunday Supper menu will celebrate California grown whole grains and the farmers who grow them.
Antipasto:
Farro soup with sausage, tomato and pecorino toscano
Primo:
Community Grains Red Winter Wheat whole grain tagliatelle with mushroom ragù and parmesan fonduta
Secondo:
Braised beef chuck served on Community Grains whole grain polenta
Dolce
Rustic Tuscan Apple cake made with Community Grains White Winter Wheat flour
Prix fixe $40.
Served family-style. For groups of one to twelve. Whole table must order prix fixe menu.
